Powder. This is a great option no matter your lifestyle! It’s very cost effective and you only need to use 1/2 teaspoon for a large dose. It’s the best to take if you have an on-the-go lifestyle. Seamoss powder is ready to add to your teas, smoothies or other recipes and doesn’t have an overpowering flavour or taste. The main difference between this and the gel is the self life! Sea moss powder will last for over 2 years while the gel will only last 3 weeks! Plus, you cant take Sea moss gel with you on a plane!!
Gel: The most convenient and the least cost effective! You can either decide to buy your Seamoss Gel pre-made from us and delivered right to your door!
