3 Simple Lemon Tea Recipes For Weight Loss

  1. Add the water to a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Now add the honey to the mug.
  3. Microwave the mug for around 2 minutes.
  4. Take out and stir in the lemon juice until the honey dissolves, and add the sugar if needed.
  5. Serve Hot.

3. Honey Lemon Ginger Tea:


  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon tea leaves


  1. Heat the water in a pan.
  2. Before the water bubbles, add the chopped ginger.
  3. As it boils, proceed to add lemon juice and honey (if needed).
  4. Strain it into a cup.
  5. Serve Hot.
