Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings Recipe

These salted egg yolk chicken wings are a real treat! Choose the saltiest eggs you can find—the taste will rise above the other flavors, even when other ingredients are tossed into the mix.You can also use packaged salted egg yolks, which are sold in some Chinese groceries. They may require steaming before use, but you will be rewarded with a more authentic flavor and a greater yield compared to using the yolks from regular salted eggs.
